About Heather

Heather Stuart graduated from the Kent Institute of Art & Design in 1993 and is also a qualified primary school teacher. In addition to stamps and greetings cards, she has had work published in a wide range of magazines including The Radio Times and the children's publication 'Shout!' She has illustrated nine published children's books to date, and is currently unrepresented by an Agent.

Heather is based in her home town of Hastings and exhibits locally on a regular basis. She was one of only five British artists recently selected by international organisation The Peace Project to take part in their Third Annual Exhibition. The exhibition is open to entries from artists worldwide.

Heather lives with her eight-year-old daughter Melek and Milo the chug. She paints in her loft, which has been converted into a studio. Heather's contact details are as follows ...
